I am a Arlo Smart Elite customer. I have 16 cameras in three locations. That means three routers. I also have two lights with their own router. The “add camera” screen says I can have twenty cameras. When I go to add #17 the app says “your can’t support another device. It might be a good time to upgrade. I called Arlo and asked “are the routers counted as cameras?” They said no. And I should be able to add more cameras. They suggested downgrading my subscription and then upgrading it back to fix this. Any suggestions?

Same service as you....

The limit used to be 15, it was up'ed a while back to 20.  I would guess you'll have to follow their advice as it's a new one to me ( I have 17 total running at times ).. they are split over a couple of bases and Qs/Baby  which don't connect to the bases.

Lights don't count either BTW...

Let us know what works out if you can.
