Can’t Connect To The Base On The App

Having trouble getting my phone to connect to the base station. Already have reset it a couple different times and still it’s working.

What are the LEDs on the base showing (all of them)? WHat have you tried? Is the phone on your WiFi or cell service (has to be on your WiFi)? Need details.
