Can not renew subscription

I lost my bank card and I have tried to update my payment info so many times and it would not accept my new card or any card that I tried. Now subscription has been cancelled and I can not speak with anyone in support because me subscription is cancelled.  How am I supposed to renew? I've tried on my cellphone on the APP and the deskstop. Nothing works.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

It’s not accepting a DM. I only see one Brook on the list.

Never mind. This is a lot for this system. It’s too frustrating. I’ll leave it cancelled.
