Can i connect to local network without online?

Hello i will buy arlo for my house security. i have a question about local network. I wanna use my arlo my local network without online. Because internet not safe for me. there is so many risks. i think the offline network better than online network. i wanna record data my computer. Is this possible?

No. Arlo is cloud-based so local-only network connections won't work. You could use a system that includes a VMB4000 or higher base station so you would have local recordings but you wouldn't be able to manipulate the system in any way. You wouldn't get any notifications and you'd have to remove the drive from the base to review what was stored which isn't any kind of security.
