I recently upgraded my iPhone and now I can view cameras, control mode, view recorded video and all else using my phone but no longer on my PC.

Now, each time I log in I get this message:

"You may be logged into NETGEAR Arlo in a different browser tab. Please close the tab before proceeding. You can also try to restart your browser or delete cookies from your browser before trying to login again."

I've tried logging out of my iPhone but I still cannot log in with my PC. This problem started only when I got the new phone. I have tried restarting the browser (and computer).  Any ideas for a fix? TIA.

@Dood

This is a problem with old or expired cookies Arlo used in the past. You must go into your browser and delete all the Arlo Cookies and possibly clear your cache.

I simply deleted my entire browsing history from all of my browsers.

Many people have provided solutions for the various browsers, so you may have to do some reading, especially of todays posts.

JamesC offered the solutions for Firefox and Chrome.
