Can an added Friend receive notifications?

I want my friend to receive the email notifications, hower one person said to go through Mode and select device and edit that option done show on my computer or phone. 

the other said I could edit and add email address, that options does not show either

Can some on help add notifications for my friends to receive. and details of where to find the options

Either something is wrong with your setup or you're looking in the wrong place.

Did you go into modes/ edit the mode you're using/ edit the cam(s) that you want to add an additional email for notificication?

You add your friends email on a per camera basis , so do for each camera
