Can Not Update Credit Card Information on ARLO Secure

My current credit card information is outdated in ARLO Secure.  I've been trying to update to my current card.

It says it saves the information, but when I go back in it still has my old information.

Next bill is July 2024

Have you tried from a different browser or device?

It didnt matter what browser I used (Chrome, Edge, Mozilla).  The problem turned out to be I  am using a VPN for all my networks.  I shut down the VPN and the update for my credit card to place.

But, overall, I still run with the VPN for normal ARLO activities

So you were able to update the credit card when the VPN was shut off?

Yes once I turned of VPN I was able to update my card info
