Can I use the Arlo Router's WiFi network for other devices to get Internet connectivity?

My Arlo Router's WiFi network appears stronger than my current router's network (i.e., I can get the Arlo router signal across my house and further outside than my current AT&T U-verse router). So, can I connect my iPad and Mac computer to the Arlo WiFi Network for Internet connectivity, or is that network "closed" / intended only for Arlo cameras?

At this time Arlo is a close network just for the cameras.  Not to say down the road there may be options ( that have already been hinted at online ).
