Can I set up Arlo in a camper on a public WiFi connection?

I was wanting to know if it is possible to set up the Arlo camera's on a camper at a campground that the wireless internet is available at the campground.  Thanks for your help.

If you can get access to an ethernet port then the Arlo cams can be used... depends on if you can set up a wifi extender with a port.

Or some have used mobile hotspots in the same manner  to  get an arlo base working
