Can I have 2 separate systems using the same email for reference?

I have a system at my house but would like to put another system at my dads house, base and a camera. Can I have 2 separate systems using the same e-mail for reference.

As long as you remain in the 5 or fewer cameras total, yes. Otherwise, you'll need to use a second email address or subscribe to the Premier option.

MY home has 6 cameras so I already have the premium account, so as long as I keep my total under 10 having 2 different bases will not be a problem? So all cameras will show up on my one login to monitor them? Or will I have to have a separate login for the second base?

The number of bases and where they're located has no bearing - it's all about the total number of cameras. You're all set and nothing extra is needed.
