Can I connect to Arlo Wifi with other devices

Hello,

I do not have Wifi network available in my parents home where Arlo is installed, and I would like to set up my old iPhone without SIM to alert if something is happening. Thus can I connect my old iPhone to Arlo's Wifi in order to receive allerts. Also my parents do not have data plans, they just use the cell phones to call and send text messages 🙂

No, alerts of any kind require Internet access of some kind.
