Both of my cameras seem dead. We traveled for 2 weeks during which time the batteries drained. When I tried recharging them as I usually do, no lights appear on the cameras. I've tried all the usual syncs. It seems very odd that both cameras - only about 2 years old - would die at the same time. Any ideas?

Simple solution - I did not realize that Arlo had a dedicated AC adapter, so once I used it, the batteries charged right up.

What model cameras?

If pro/2 series this may help.

It's VMB4500, regular outdoor cams.

You should be able to identify the camera model by removing the battery and looking for the label in the compartment that starts with VMC.

If the battery is not removable then they are the essential wire-free model or if you have four batteries then they are the original arlo wirefree Cameras.
