Tu,

Welcome to the community! When you say only 1 camera is working, do you mean you were only able to get 1 camera synced up to the base station or were you able to get all cameras to sync but only 1 is able to stream/record motion? Once you put batteries in the camera you should then be able to sync the camera by pressing the sync button on the side of the base station one time until the camera LED starts flashing green, then press the sync button on the camera one time until its LED starts flashing blue. If the sync is successful the camera LED should flash rapid blue and then turn off. Repeat this process individually for each camera and they should show up as available on the cameras screen for both the web ui and the Arlo phone app.

Let me know if this helps!

OK, I am a brand new user.  Can someone tell me now that I have the camera's synced up and in place.  HOw do you use th is?  THere is nothing to tell me what to do to see the carera views.  This system is very frustrating.

It's not that hard.  You can use live view from the Cameras tab to see what's currently going on by clicking the Play arrow on each camera, view what's recorded in the Library tab, and set up or change how the cameras act in the Mode tab after clicking on your system/base station.  You should currently have the Armed mode active with all alerts set.

There are a number of FAQs and knowledge base articles here that can step you through various tasks.  Have you checked those out yet?  Flexibility means extra effort to set things up the way you need.
