Please can anyone offer some advice . I've rebooted a couple of times and can see history over many days but cannot see any live pictures on IPad or mobile. Arlo netgear model VMB3000. Thanks in advance.

I assume the "mobile" is an iOS device?  Have you tried a reinstall of the app?  What devices and OS version? Tried logging out and back in?  How about using a browser on a computer?

Thanks. It reads that the device appears to be off line to make sure it's powered on and connected to the Internet. I've reinstalled the aps on my iPad and also my android phone, with no success. Ive rebooted the arlo device with no success too. I haven't tried on on my PC as I just want it to work on my mobile devices and as he had worked for many months just fine. The problem only started after a couple of power cuts. As I said initially it's odd as its recording in my history and plays back just fine. Its purely the live cameras that I can't see.

Power outages have cause a few crazy things at times... First do check on a PC to see if the system is working tho !

 

If you want to try and haven't talked to Netgear yet, there are a few things.

 

1) remove camera (settings , click " >" and go to bottom of screen... remove camera )  Try just one and then after removed , open/close battery door to reset , then bring that camera back as a new device

 

2) if #1 fails,  power button reset on base... give it a min or so to come back up

 

3) if #2 fails, then the problem prob resides in the base and it may require a full reset ( with cam needing re-sync'ing, and building any custom modes you had )
