Cameras wont work!!

I just bought an arlo system yesterday and already thinking about returning it. Ive had nothing but camera issues ever since I hooked it up! Neither camera will let me watch a live feed and then says session has timed out. Not to mention Ive synced both cameras numerous times and that still hasnt done a damn thing. And if not one but both sometimes have a black screen! Then says system has timed out!! WTF think these system is better off on the store shelf!

Not to mention the Camera constantly freezes! Is that normal? Im thinking this product is garbage!

Are you using a device on the same network as the Arlo system when trying to view (PC or mobile device) or are you trying to view from a different network (3g/4g connection)? This could be due to slow internet speeds on the device used to view or on the network that the Arlo system is set up on. What are you download/upload speeds?
