Cameras wont update to software version 1.2.11810.

as the subject says, i cannot get my cameras to update. i have tried to reset them, change the batteries, restart the Base Station, everything and i cannot get them to update to save my life.

 

Please help!

Give it a day..if the connection to internet and the batteries are good , most updates take place in the wee hours of the morning...

If not by tomorrow, since you reset the base already... i would say give Netgear Support a call
