Cameras unable to resync to base station

Was having trouble saying my Arlo was offline and not connected- when it was. So, I removed the base station from my account and then reapplied it. But, I forgot to "remove" the cameras before removing the base station. So, I got the base station reconnected and working. Thankfully, I had one camera that I was not using that I was able to quickly sync to the base station and it is working. But, my 3 other cameras that I had connected to my base station prior to me "removing" it from my account are NOT resyncing to the station. I've removed the batteries and reinserted. I have pressed the sync button on the camera for about 30 sec to see if it would reset and it wouldn't. I cannot get these cameras to unsync from the first applications so I can reuse them on this one. And they do not show up as being connected to the base station in the app or online. PLEASE HELP! This is the basic ARLO 4 wire-free HD security cameras and base unit. Says the model is VMS3430.

Have you tried to perform a factory reset? you can also contact Arlo Tech Support before doing so, to get more insight on your situation.
