Good Morning,

I have 4 cameras right now I have 3 that are staying in night mode.   I have reset,  I have left batteries off, I have put on the magenets, I have deleted the camera and added it, I have shut off night vision,   I have done everything I can think of.

Can you please help.  We love the product.

Thank you,

Dina

It was clear once you stated the camera's view was pink...

Open a support ticket, will most likely need to be replaced.

What do you mean by saying they're stuck in night mode?  Low light levels will cause the camera to automatically switch from color to B&W.  Move them to a well-lit area (or swap the "good" camera with another to see if the same thing happens) and see if they revert to color - if so, it's just the way they work.  Increasing the ambient light, perhaps with extra lighting, would be necessary to stay in color but at a cost.

Well,  based on the community feedback,  I think you are aware of what I mean.  Everything is pink,   during the day.  The only way to reset the camera is to take the batteries out and then placing near a magnet.  It generally works,  but a few of my cameras are stuck in that mode.  When it's daylight out everything is pink.
