Help !
I am getting no recordings in The library
cameras are operating, synced, new batteries ,good wifi
i have the schedule set 24/7
the live feed works.
all was great until about 6-8 was ago .
i would really appreciate some help me o restore my recordings
Wow, its working again after reloading and updating app. However time Is all wrong. Please explain how to correct this .

To correct the time, usu a power button reboot of the base will correct this

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. Does it matter how long I hold the power button on for. I'm guessing about 2 seconds? I'm scared it will throw everything out again?

No, just use the power button to turn the base off , count to three and turn back on...
If logged in, log out and wait about 2-3 mins total...watch as the leds come back up from left to right.
After the camera light comes on , you should be able to log in. ( if all cameras not there, just log out a min and log back in )
Done it many times, never a glitch if it was previouly working ( not talking about time )

Thank you for checking. I haven't had time to try yet but plan to do it tomorrow. Actually I think I am just wary about it all crashing again !
I have been enjoying watching the hedgehogs .
I will let you know what happens tomorrow, although I found it quite complicated to get back to this page? Where do I find the log in page?

Yes it has ! I braved the off button and it's now showing true date and time and all cameras operating.
