I had to turn off the power to my house.  The cameras are all off line after turning the power back on.  I have unplugged the base station and reset it.  The base is working fine but the cameras are still offline.  I've removed one camera and tried to resync it but nothing.

Any ideas?

Hi, Prada,

Remove the batteries and insert these again. Camera LED will lit blue.

Try to sync cameras:
- Press (for one second) and release the Sync button on the side of the base station.
- Wait for the Sync Status LED on the base station to light green.
- Press (for one second) and release the Sync button on top of the camera.

Note : A blue LED on the camera blinks rapidly to confirm a successful sync.
To verify if the Arlo Camera has been synced, access arlo account (Go to Cameras Tab).

Are all 3 LEDs on the base lit and green? Which ones aren't? Sounds like the camera LED isn't but verify. Try opening and closing the battery doors to reset the cameras also. Problems like this have certainly occurred but a power cycle on all devices usually clear the issue.

The power and Internet LED are on but not the camera LED. I tried opening the battery on one of the cameras and that didn't work. When trying to resync the camera, it is flashing a Amber/orange light instead of blue.

I forgot to mention that I had to replace my router. Maybe that has something to do with it.

Generally, the router switch shouldn't have any effect. Anything's possible, though. If you don't see a blue LED when trying to sync but only a flashing amber one, that indicates weak batteries. Put a fresh set in and try to sync again.

This has happened before.. ( there are threads about using a UPS for people with remote camera/base locations )

The base goes out and after a while the cameras drop out... the base 99% of the time comes back up but not always the cameras.

To fix, the routine method is reset the base, make sure the first two leds are on...reset the cameras by removing the batteries for a few seconds then replace... follow regular setup sync like when a new camera ( make sure its a 'quick' push of the sync button on base and NOT hold )

IF it fails to sync any of the cameras, you may have to go further and reset the base ( and start over like new )

It turns out to be the batteries. I replaced them and both cameras work now. It's just weird that they went out since it showed two bars of battery life.

Anyhow, thanks for everyone's responses!
