Cameras not recognized

I just reset my base to start fresh with a new account.  I set it up with the new email address and confirmed it.  It seems the base is recognized, but I can not get any of the four cameras to be recognized.  I tried resetting it, as well as rebooting it, and syncing them.  But the base seems to be recognized, but the cameras are not recongized.

Is it possible you're holding the base sync button too long?  Only hold it for a second or two.

What is the LED behavior of the cameras when attempting to sync? Please let us know if you are continuing to experience this issue.

 

What do the different LED behaviors on my Arlo Wire-Free camera mean?

Have no issues with the cameras or system.  All is fine and everything is recognized.
