Cameras not connecting.

Research base station because one camera would not sync. 4 did. Followed steps to fix problems. Changed batteries re-sync he'd, finally reset base station now system is not responding at all. Appears connected to Internet. Green lights are on on base. Would like suggestions. System has been working well for 6 months

Since you reset the base (I assume with the reset button?) did you remove all devices from Settings, My Devices? You'll need to do that before trying to re-add them.
