Cameras keep disconnecting

  • Since software upgrade cameras are disconnecting from wifi . I reset them then they appear to connect but if I manually record they drop off again. They are fully charged. The support option in software doesn’t work either

How long has this been occurring and which version of the Arlo app are you using?

Version 6.6.9 released 16/11/25

occurring the last week and a half. Started with 3 of my four cameras just disconnecting but the fourth camera remain connected. We’ve changed batteries and reset them yesterday they all connected but again all four have dropped out. I’m getting notifications  it the. Clicking to view there is just an explanation mark and black screen

Is it just the thumbnail that's changing to the exclamation mark as offline and you can still click to live stream? Can you provide a screenshot of this message?
