Had this problem of cameras going offline repeatedly. Changed provider and then it disappeared but now it is back.

it applies to a Pro 3 and to a wired doorbell. Popping out the battery is the fix but only if you are home… any idea how to fix remotely?

cameras on solar btw

The camera came back online, that’s new - did you restart the base station? Never worked for me but perhaps it works from now on - fingers xed

I do see that the doorbell is online. I see the Pro 3 hooked to the basestation. There is no way to remotely reboot the cameras. However, I can reboot the basestation. THat may or may not help. If not you would need to reset them at the location.

Thank You, indeed we popped the battery on the doorbell. We get back to the camera only in few days. Once off line, restarting the base seems useless. Question really how to prevent this? Can Arlo update firmware to auto restart?

It really depends on what caused it to go offline. If it was a connection issue with your Wi-Fi it may be the camera is to far away.
