Cameras don't pick anything up during the day

For some reason, when I go into my library, there is nothing after 7:50am until arond 7:30pm or so.   There is no motion detected during the day at all.  And I KNOW this is not the case.   It totally defeats the purpose of the cameras.

What mode is selected? Are the motion icons for each camera in the Devices tab black or gray? Have you rebooted the base? Have you tried to test during thaat time period? What have you tried?
