Hi, 

I am running following system: 

Base: VMB3010r2 Firmware: 1.12.2.9_619_04968d8

2 cams: H7 Firmware 1.4.293

1 cam: H11 Firmware 1.4.293

 

I can connect to each cam via App, Motion Detection Test is working. Manual Recording as well. all systems are armed but not recording on motion detection. 

 

Does anyone has some suggestions? Tried to reset the system and cams. no success so far.

What is your active mode? Also, when you say you "reset", what exactly did you do?

Active mode is armed. 

I just reset the base station and now im not able to register the cameras anymore... While syncing there are not found by the basestation anymore, while cameras blinking blue.

Define reset. A reset is caused by removing all devices from Settings, My Devices and/or holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. If you did the latter, also do the former. Many folks consider a reboot or power cycle to be a reset, which it isn't.

I mean the complete reset with the reset button on the base. but unfortunately I am not able to link the cameras now back in the system.

Did you do the "remove all devices from Settings, My Devices"? That's necessary.

at the moment I can only add the base to the system.

I am using the IOS app. here was only a remove device option on the base..

So nothing is showing in Settings, My Devices other than the base? If so, remove it again. Also hold the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot to green LEDs for power and Internet and claim the base again. Then sync the cameras by briefly pressing the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then a camera button. If that doesn't work, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
