Cameras are going off and it never loads. Been doing this for 5 days.

My phone keeps telling me my cameras are going off but I click on them and all it does is spin and never loads. It's been doing this for 5 days I've tried resetting them, resetting my router and logging out on my phone. Anyone have a suggestion on what to do?

If able , test the system with a browser at https://arlo.netgear.com

If it works there, then I would think it's app related, un install and reinstall the app.
