My base station and cameras aren’t showing up in the app. I have tried resetting base and cameras. All the app shows is add new device. I reinstalled app with no change in what app shows. When I search for devices it shows none available.

What cameras and base model do you own?

Did you remove them from your account?

Base station model# VMB3000

I don’t see a model# on the cameras. This was a basic kit sold by Sam’s years ago with three cameras and the room to add one more if needed. They have no sound or microphones. They have worked flawlessly until now. When I go to the app it doesn’t show any devices and the mode screen is blank also.

Open the housing and remove any batteries.  There is a label inside.

If the cameras use four CR123 batteries then they are the original VMC3030 cameras - sometimes called "Gen 3" here.

That is the serial number, not the camera model (which is VMC3030, since that is the only model that uses the CR123 batteries).

What is the status of the LEDs on the base?

Are you adding back the base station first?

Have you tried using "add device" on a PC (my.arlo.com)?
