OK I'm hoping someone in here can help me better than the 51 minutes I spent on the phone with Technical Support. I have 2 cameras on my system, 1 works flawlessly. The other however, will work for 5 minutes or so after the battery door is opened, then it shows that it's offline. This occurs no matter where the camera is in relation to the base station, or what batteries are used. I had hope it was battery issue and tried a different brand, but same effect. Given that it's a base Arlo (not pro, 2 or ultra etc) Support has said there is nothing they can do as it's outside of warranty, but I think it's salvagable (hopefully).
I have removed and readded the camera multiple times, and resynced it as well. I've power cycled the base station and moved the location of the camera. Firmware is 1.3.314 for the camera, 1.12.0.1_27940.
Help?! Thanks in advance

You tried most of the things I would suggest already.....
usu the first thing is to swap locations if the cameras.
The only thing left I can think of is to remove all the cameras, and the base from account, then do a full factory reset on the base...claim it back and reinstall the cameras as if new.
This will rebuild all settings in the base back to default.
And if any new FW, it also should pick this up too.
If above is NG, then it prob more than likely is a defect in the camera itself

I removed both cameras and the base station from the account. When I reloaded them I had it check for new firmware updates. The one camera loaded up fine but my trouble camera still has issues I cannot get it to stay on line with the pay station. I don’t know if I have any options as Arlo won’t support the product anymore .

If within your warranty period, Arlo can replace the camera by using your open case.
