I have one camera that was previously working fine that now won't record video on motion activation or when show live video. When selecting live video it comes up with a "camera failed to connect message". Camera is sync'd and motion sensing is working. Firmware version is 1.2.10342, but 3 other camera are the same and working fine. Any ideals or is the camera broken?

Open the battery door for a few secs and close, it should auto resync...test again for motion record

Ok... next is to go to Settings, and use REMOVE DEVICE
Power button reboot the base
Bring back the camera as if new ( resync )

I have one camera that has worked fine until yesterday I opened the battery cover, reset, re sync, rebooted the base unit and nothing is working. Still shows camera has timed out or lost connection or camera failed to connect. Also when it shows live view the picture looks like white image
