Went to add 4th camera.
Base already synced with three cameras.
Had a hard time getting camera to sync. Finally did. Even went through hardware update.
It worked one and a half days and went offline.
Now can not get camera to sync at all. Blinks blue and turned amber after 15 seconds.
Phone app can 't detect it.
New and charged batteries

What camera model?
Also what base - your model is VMB3000, which isn't compatible with the newer cameras. https://kb.arlo.com/000062284/Arlo-SmartHub-and-Base-Station-Compatibility

If it uses 4 CR123 batteries, then it is the original WireFree camera (VMC3030)
If it uses a single lithium battery, then it would be either a Pro or a Pro 2. You'll find a VMC label inside the camera - remove the battery when looking for it.

If you are adding a 6th camera, then you will need a subscription for that camera to get cloud storage. But it should sync without a subscription.
The "new" camera is of course very old (Arlo stopped manufacturing them long ago). Was it advertised as new, or was it used?

Maybe the batteries drained during all the sync attempts?
I haven't used those cameras for a long time, so hopefully other users here will chime in with their suggestions.
