Camera will not resync

my camera worked for a couple of months then disconnected, it will not resync

Have you tried new batteries?

Yes, new batteries, rebooted system, removed camera from system...still nothing

Does it sync? Regardless, create a trouble ticket - maybe the camera has gone ker-flooie (technical term).

What is the behavior of the camera LED when pressing the sync button on the camera? Are you seeing any error messages on the cameras screen for this camera or does it not show up at all? If it is displayed on the cameras screen, consider removing the camera (Settings > My Devices > Select the affected camera > Remove Device). After removing the device, attempt the sync process again.

Green light slowly flashes then amber rapidly, I have removed the camera from the base unit now it won't resync

What is the LED behavior when attempting to sync? Were you able to contact the Support Team to investigate the issue?
