Camera update not finishing

Arlo says update available might take 5 mins. But camera never finishes. Can't watch live video on dashboard. Can only see what has already recorded. Only 1 out of 5 cameras has this problem.

What model camera? What have you tried and what do you see? If the camera has a removable battery, try reinserting it.
