Camera sends notification to phone on motion but cannot open app for 3 days

The cameras are sending notification to the phone on movements...but cant open the app?! It just keeps spinning. Day 3 of it now!

Hi CarolG,

 

When you mention that you cannot open the app, is it just loading on the login page? What phone device are you using? Have you tried rebooting your phone to see if that helps?

Its an iphone. Been working fine for 2 months. App wont open.
We have rebooted the phone

Could you clarify more about "app won't open"? Are you saying it just loads on the login page?
