Camera sends alerts but not accessible

One of my cameras (outdoors) sends alerts but won't record video or allow me to access it. Three other cameras are working fine and are indoors.
Help.

Could be dead batteries or a poor connection to the base.  You could swap cameras temporarily to see what happens to both or bring the "bad" camera inside to observe operation.  If the bad camera works fine after swapping or moving, it's something about the position that's causing the issue.
