Camera says offline on computer but online on Arlo app?

on my computer it says my camera is offline, but on my phone app it is online and working. Why?

Try clearing the browser cache (including cookies).  That resolved this issue for me.

I did as you suggested but my desktop still says it is off line, my phone says it is on.

Have you tried a different browser?

I uninstalled the camera reinstalled it and all is well now
