Camera records "Ghosting" images!

Somestimes when the camera is recording the image gets distorted, a slow motion and blending blurring type effect.  Is this caused from too high a record sensitivity?  How can I fix this intermittent problem?

This has been reported as happening lately... Netgear is aware but no known fix yet.
