Camera not working

I have an Arlo PRO XL Spotlight with a SmartHub. One of the cameras is not functioning, and customer service was unhelpful. They essentially advised I purchase a new camera. The battery is fine, but the camera won't sync. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

It may be useful to know which Pro XL spotlight camera you have since there's a Pro 3, 4 and 5. It likely doesn't matter but...

 

How do you know the battery is good? Have you tried connecting the camera to AC power, both with and without the battery installed? What exactly have you tried and what do you see? We need all details to be able to make decent suggestions.
