My wife changed the batteries today in one of our cameras. Afterwards, the app showed that the battery level was full. After searching online for troubleshooting ideas, she deleted the camera from her app and then attempted to add a camera through the app by synching the camera with the base station. The lights on the base station and camera looked like it was synching properly, but it never showed the camera in her app or allowed her to name it. The camera is showing on our online account on the computer and my app. How do we reinstall the camera on her app?

Try reintsalling the app and restarting the phone.

Does she use the same log in information or was the camera shared via the Grant Access feature? If it was shared, you may need to share the camera again from the primary account.
