Camera not recording to cloud

My camera is working, I can get a live shot and I am getting notices that they have picked up motion but nothing is being recorded in the cloud.  My base was recently disconnected to the router but is up and running now.

Is the 'running man' above the camera display in black or grey? Do your rules for the camera say that it should record when motion is detected?

'Running man' is black. Yes to second question. I have noticed that time stamp is incorrect.

Try and turn the base off and back on with the power button... let it reset ( taks 1-2 mins )
