        This message has been delete and comes up with error 404??

  Not good to be on the website  arlo page,  should be something to help .  Or is there a problem with this, is this way they are hiding it.

The Q cameras don't use batteries. I suppose you're using an original wireless camera.

I got the same error. However, the latest version is available here. Check the FAQs here - lots of good info for the reading. Here's a pertinent one:
