Camera issues

So, my one camera that's been working for 1 year with no issues is starting to act wacky. The camera was going off every minute and flashing all the red lights at night. I took the batteries out for a few days and put it back up. Now the live feed is a complete black screen and it only will allow me to see picture if movement is detected. Any ideas?

Try the old power cycle the base trick. If no good, try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.  If no good, your last resort is to reset the base, remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh using the Add Device button on the Devices tab.  How old is the system?  The warranty is 1 year.  If still in warranty, run, don't walk, to https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx and open a case.
