Camera issues, won't update

i can not get the cameras to up date or go live or record

Jstarke69,

 

The firmware update will complete automatically overnight. This issues you are describing could be due to old firmware.

 

If you are having issues receiving the update, be sure your cameras have good signal strength and good battery life. Also consider a reboot of your base station (using the on-off button) and allow the base station to attempt updating overnight.
