Camera isn't detecting movement. Tried deleting everything and set up new but says no device found.

Just purchased today it's got a 3 camera system. When I first set up my account it found the hub right away then after two hours camera wasn't detecting movement even when people were less than 5 foot away. So I deleted everything and tried to start fresh now when I go to add the hub it continues to say no devices found. I've rebooted my internet and wireless router and deleted and reinstalled the app I even created a new account and nothing is working what am I doing wrong?

Press and hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let it reboot and claim again. ALso, make sure everythinng in Settings, My Devices has been removed.
