Camera is not working

My cameras have always worked well I hooked up to Starlink. Everything’s plugged in accurately. My Arlo main base is working fine. I cannot hook my cameras up, though why I’ve had these working for years and they were fine.

@Rsmc52 I sent you a direct message last week, did you receive that message? Were you able to get your camera to work?

I don't think I receive your message. Sorry. No they are still not working. I have unplugged everything and started over. It still won't let me add the cameras back on.

Are you using an iPhone by chance to try to onboard the cameras? Can you try using the web browser or a different device by chance?

I am using an iPhone. I don't want to use a computer. I did it this way before.

Sometimes a PC (my.arlo.com) will work when the phone doesn't.  Once you've installed it, you'd see the camera on your phone as well.
