What system is put in place to prevent hackers from hacking the camera feed? This is a huge concern because this problem is getting worse everyday. I just want to know if arlo has any type of protection put in place. Thanks

1. As is repeatedly shown, nothing stops detrermined and talented hacker.

2. You really expect netgear to detail you their security features to make it even easier for hackers to get into storage.

Netgear like other companies does their best but no cloud storage is hackproof, so if this is critical to your needs avoid a system that stores to the cloud, but then hope nobody hacks into your computer where you've got your recordings stored.

If I understand right, the Arlo Pro stores to your local usb storage attached to your base station before it stores to cloud, but I don't know if uploading to cloud can be turned off.
