First I call netgear and they say my stuff isn't configured correctly and they want 200 dollar's to fix it. No. Then I power down the netgear router and I get 2 out of 3 camera's working finally. Can't get the 3rd camera to go online. Resynced it and changed the batteries but still stays offline.

You didn't call Netgear, that's absolutely for sure. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here and again on the new page for options. Don't Google for support since there are many bogus sites. You might want to PM @JamesC to provide the bogus support number so he can forward it to legal.

Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync (be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it). Check the firmware version - old/mismatched firmware does odd things.

Try to remove your camera from the account. Once it's removed, unplug the base first from outlet for 1 minute to refresh it's system, then re-sync teh camera.
