I have tried to register and have reset 3 times and I get the same results every time. Please help me.

Tell us what lights you are seeing in the base.

You should have power and internet both green.

Make sure that your phone/browser are on the same network as the base when you try and do the setup.

Call Arlo, that only means your device is still registered under the previous owner's account.
