Camera glitch with live feed

So I’ve been meaning to change the batteries for one of my cameras for almost a month now. I finally changed them and just one camera is glitching. When I’m able to access its live feed, it shows up grey and a little staticky and for a quick few seconds showed me someone else’s yard with a red car that looked like it was nowhere around here then back to grey and I haven’t been able to access it since. I get notifications for it going off but no recordings and I can’t go live on it but my other cameras work perfectly fine

Use remove device to delete the camera and then sync it back as if new
