Hello,

I am trying to set up an Arlo system that I purchased a few months ago. I was able to set up the base station just fine, but I haven't been able to add any cameras to it, and I think it's because the cameras are not charging. When I plug then in, the blue LED turns on, and then it turns off. It says I should get a solid blue light when they are charged. I am leaving them for about an hour each, but the light never turns on. How do I know they are being charged? The LED blinks blue once when I first plug them in, and then it turns off.

Thanks for your help

What model cameras do you have, look inside battery compartment for the VMC number.
